How StageBingo works

  1. Make a template. Paste the words and phrases you expect to say: at least 24, ideally 40–60 for more varied cards. Reuse it for every talk.
  2. Schedule a session. Pick when the game starts (now, at a set time, at the first join, or once N players join), how long it runs, and how many prizes there are.
  3. Show the QR code. Download the session's QR code (SVG or PNG) for your slides. A short code and link are included for anyone who can't scan.
  4. Give your talk. Players tap words as they hear them. The game starts and ends by itself.
  5. Winners claim prizes. Valid bingos within the tie window are drawn fairly for the prizes. Winners enter only the details that prize needs, and you track delivery.

Bingo marks are on the honor system by default. StageBingo cannot verify that a word was actually spoken.
